dinky Dogs Mission Statement: We strive to provide a uniquely adventurous, compassionate,
safe and social experience for your treasured pet.

To help us meet our standards of service we ask that you read our club rules to
determine if dinky Dogs Social Club is a good match for your dog's personality.

Club Rules
• All canine members must be social with dogs and people; not aggressive, possessive or destructive
• Must be current on vaccinations DHLPP, & Rabies. *The vaccine for Kennel cough is recommended but not required as it's been proven that vaccination is not a guarantee against contracting a strand of Bordetella.
• Spayed or Neutered for all dogs over 9 months.
•Must be housebroken: Although we realize that accidents do happen, we ask that your dog have an understanding of using the outdoors for "potty breaks".
• Must obey under voice control in open spaces unless otherwise noted_______
• Must be on a quality flea or tick preventative (except for deep frost months).
• Must limit chewing to toys and bones.
• Dogs must not jump fences 5 feet or higher.
• Must not dig holes (could be problematic around fence lines).
• Because it causes stress to pack mentality, members must not bark excessively

Club Rules Regarding Mini Mutt Mingle Yappy Hour only:

• Before entering the dinky Dogs social club, all four legged visitors must be on a flea or tick preventative (except for deep frost months).
• Must limit chewing to toys and bones.
• Spayed or Neutered for all dogs over 9 months.

**We do not accept dogs that are sick unless they have been to a vet, are on medication, and have documented proof that they are not contagious.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF HOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:
WEEKEND & HOLIDAY HOURS BY APPOINTMENT (additional $5)

Adventure Dog Walking
All dogs must be social and not aggressive with other dogs and people. Dogs must respond to off leash voice control unless otherwise noted on the application (and therefore kept on-leash). Dogs walking off leash must obey the commands "come" and "stay".
Dogs must be updated on vaccinations DHLPP and carry a current Rabies Tag.

Pampered Pup Overnight Boarding
All dogs must meet the club and dog walking rules listed above. Because space is so limited we hope that you understand why we need to enforce the following booking regulations: Dog boarding is charged per 24 hours from drop-off time. Each additional hour is billed $5 until the full day rate has accumulated. We ask that all boarding reservations be accompanied by a 50% deposit. Should you need to cancel a reservation this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date or the 50% deposit will not be refundable.

WE ACCEPT CASH OR LOCAL CHECKS. Sorry, no credit cards.
RETURNED CHECKS ARE LIABLE TO A $25 FEE.

Application

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF dINKY DOGS. I BELIEVE MY DOG MEETS THESE REQUIREMENTS. IN THE EVENT THAT HE/SHE PROVES OTHERWISE, I AGREE TO PAY FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR VETERINARY COSTS ASSESSED TO MY PET OR THE VICTIM OF MY PETS BEHAVIOR. I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES SHOULD MY PET REQUIRE FLEA BATH, or TICK REMOVAL. IF MY DOG SHOULD REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION DUE TO SICKNESS OR INJURY WHILE IN THE CARE OF dINKY dOGS, I AGREE THAT AN ATTENDANT WILL TAKE HIM/HER TO THE VET OF MY CHOICE, OR THE NEAREST 24-HOUR FACILITY, AT MY EXPENSE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY ACCIDENT TO MY DOG OR MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WHILE IN THE CARE OF dINKY DOGS, I AGREE TO HOLD NO LIABILITY TO THE OWNER, OR ANY OF THE
dINKY DOGS STAFF. I further understand that it is likely that dinky Dogs will take photographs of my dog and possibly myself, friends or family while attending a dinky Dogs event. These photographs and negatives are the exclusive property of dinky Dogs and/or Chaning Photography and may be used at their discretion. In the event that I choose to purchase a photograph, that purchase is limited to prints only. The negatives and rights will remain with dinky Dogs and/or Chaning Photography. In addition to submitting this application I agree to provide to a staff member, a copy of my dog's current vaccinations.
